It just wouldn't be St. Paddy's Day at Slopey without some fine Irish whiskey open for tasting. The folks from Cooley Distillery in the Republic will be showing Tyrconnell Single Malt, Tyrconnell Single Malt Port Finish and Connemara Peated Single Malt.
